Username is portion of student email address before @ sign. You must enter the personal email address you provided to the College on your College application/registration form. If you do not receive your password reset email within 10 minutes, it is most likely because you are not entering the correct personal email address in the field below. If you need to update your personal email address, you must complete and submit a Data Change request form or contact our Registrar office at firstname.lastname@example.org or (828) 694-1800 for assistance. Your new password must be 10 or more characters in length and contain at least: one upper case and one lower case letter, a number, and a punctuation symbol. You can not use a password you used previously.
